The
Textbook
Prior to attending the Troubleshooting In-Plant Hydraulics course, it is recommended
that technicians attend our Maintenance Hydraulic
Troubleshooting workshop.
To determine if your maintenance personnel need
our first session, have them take our Online Basic Hydraulics
Quiz.
Our Troubleshooting In-Plant Hydraulics Workshops
are designed and taught on the actual systems at your plant.
First, all of the systems you choose to be customized are redrawn from
the original prints. Shop prints are fine for certain applications,
but aren't really designed for troubleshooting.
The troubleshooting
schematics produced by GPM show the machine in various stages of operation,
integrating the electrical control with the hydraulic flow.
A commentary is written describing the characteristics,
operation and troubleshooting of each component. All of this information is compiled
into a textbook that the student gets to keep as reference material.

The
Class
The classroom training
is unlike any other maintenance instruction the student has ever
attended. Intense, practical training delivered by an
experienced instructor who is able to provide real life examples and
specific troubleshooting techniques keeps the class interesting and
informative. In addition to classroom lecture, approximately
half the time will be spent providing hands-on instruction out in the facility on the very equipment the students are familiar with. At
the conclusion of the class, the student will understand the in plant systems
and know what troubleshooting and preventive maintenance checks to
make on the machines. |

The eBook
Once the
in-plant troubleshooting program has been completed, the customer can order their
customized hydraulic manual to be converted into an eBook in pdf format. This is a fully searchable CD that
contains each customers colorized hydraulic schematic flow charts,
electrical cycles and complete component description.
This eBook can be downloaded onto a
network, control room computer, palm top, lap top, office computer
and home computer for troubleshooting the in-plant systems.
